National Audubon Society’s Population and Habitat Program addresses human population growth and the impacts this has on wildlife habitat.
What Sierra Club does: Population growth affects the environment. We
work to slow that growth and its impacts by promoting voluntary family
planning and by encouraging the public to advocate for women and
girls' access to basic rights, including health care and
